The Brutalist 2024
No notes on pt 1. A few notes on pt 2.
A beautiful story on post ww2 immigration to the US, and more subtly, about being Jewish during the creation of the Israeli state. Very raw dialogue and beautifully shot. Blink and you’ll miss a scene vital to the plot 30 minutes later. Opening credits were so cool, such a fun way to flex the vista vision film.
Watched in 70 mm, AFI silver spring with jack
