I don't want to say that we're back yet but the romcom wheels are turning. (Ayo Edebiri and Paul Mescal romcom save us).

We're never getting another When Harry Met Sally or 13 going on 30 but this is what romcoms look like now. A couple of decent jokes and a kind of believable love story between good looking movie stars.

I don't want romcoms anymore. I want whatever this was. I know that yearning isn't great but this movie is one hell of a hit.

I love that Celine is Canadian, we take those and that makes this movie Canadiana.

I love so much of this movie. That last scene hits so damn hard it was crazy. The opening scene was such an amazing idea and I was hooked right away. I ate everything in this movie up.

Editor's note: I watched this movie on February 13th.

I watched the wrong version of this movie and I didn't have subtitles the entire way though. The last act was a little bit confusing. I assume everyone was mad in Japanese so I feel like I got the gist of it.

It was very much an eighties cop movie.

My main takeaway from the film was how cool it was that all the guys were calling each other "Babe" now all my male friends are "Babes" to me.

I don't know man, I feel weird about giving this movie a four. I feel like the movie was kind of okay but I still want to recognize my goat based on legacy? If my favourite pro eSports player retired, but then came back to tournaments every once in a while, of course I'm going to go watch.
I understood the themes of like, things ending and holding onto what you can wherever you go but it didn't seem like…
