So many twists & turns. Amazing cast!! This film kept your brain on high alert because you really couldn’t trust anyone! And it was gritty. A little too violent for my taste but the film would not have been real without it. Unbelievable cast!

Amazing true story that I never knew about. True love and understanding allows a troubled, brilliant to find a place in the world. Loved how the story reveals his disability. Slowly the audience realizes that the world he saw and they saw wasn’t real. Russell Crowe’s performance deserved the Oscar!

Never thought I’d like this movie but it was very well made and entertaining. Russell Crowe was incredible.

OMG! Laughed & Cried. My favorite so far of the 2020’s Best Pictures. Such a roller coaster of emotions for every character in this film. Incredible film making when the director makes all of us deaf during the choir concert so we experience how someone that can’t hear is isolated. And then we are brought together during Rubi’s audition when she “sings” her song to her family.
