  This film has solidified Eggers as one of my favourite working directors and one of my favourite horror filmmakers. Everything he does in this film is so purposeful and meaningful that I can trust him adapting this story faithfully but also adding in his originality. I really like how he approaches this story as a fairy tale. The story of Dracula and Nosferatu has kinda become a twisted fucked up fairy tale with everyone knowing the story and the “count”…

  The Brutalist 2024

  There's a lot to be said about this film but I'll keep it short.

  It was great. It was entertaining. It was long. It was epic. That was what I was expecting heading into the theatre and it was exactly all of that. I'm happy that this film was made and that it was Corbert's vision. It is Brady Corbet's baby and boy did he deliver.

  Also, Guy Pearce you were an absolute menace and my pick for best supporting actor of 2024.
