This, this right here is why I watch movies. Every month new films are constantly being put out, but most of the time there just another movie, nothing new, nothing to shock the masses, nothing to set a new standard, especially these days. With The Brutalist, hights are being reached so high it's incredible to see in this era of modern cinema. Brady Corbet is an exceptional directer, someone who actually has a passion for films, and does it for…

In the midst of the era of modern filmmaking, we have gotten rubbish for the most part, films that aren't interesting, not well produced, directed, wrote, etc. Now they are films in the modern era that stand out, a lot tbf, but not as much as all the garbage that is being spewed out to us. With Nickel Boys we see modern filmmaking tooken to a whole nother level, reaching levels that even transcend filmmaking standards as a whole, and…

Beginning to think Robert Pattinson is the best actor of this generation.

I was a little worried about this and that I wouldn't like it, but it definitely suprised me. I love Dylan's work so maybe that's why I'm a bit bias on this, but I do think that creating a biopic nowadays can be a bit risky as there have been so many, and nothing too much new comes out of them. This was more so if you loved Dylan's music and were ready too see an embodiment of the man…

Im at a lost for words currently. This is a fucking monumental masterpiece. There is not one thing that I can say that I found bad about this movie. Every single frame of this shit was fucking beautiful. Denis is easily one of the best directors working as of rn. This will easily go down as one of the best sequels, one of the best sci-fi movies, and one of the best trilogies once part 3 graces God's green earth.

I truly did not think I would've liked this as much as I did, I knew I would have liked it but not this much. This is definitely gonna be a rewatch every christmas for forever, maybe my favourite christmas movie oat. Such a warm and cozy film, with heartbreaking, and some comedic moments. Such amazing cinematography, the aesthetic just hooked me from the moment the film started. There were no dull performances from anyone, and the music, man that probably bumped my score from a 4.5 to a 5. I will have to see how this holds up on rewatch.
