The Muppet Christmas Carol 1992

Tar meticulously mimics an LP cover (down to having her clothes specially tailored) for her own album release while in another scene telling a student who doesn’t like Bach that they’re a robot whose identity has been created by social media.
No one exists outside of history and context. I thought the film offered some revealing insights and commentary on power dynamics, creativity, cognitive bias, hypocrisy, and classism. The acting is, of course, top notch. This is a slow burn that requires a lot from the audience, which in itself makes it worth checking out.
