A Quiet Place: Day One 2024
The plot & tension definitely have an over reliance on the cat but i don't really care cuz it's cute meow meow meow. Lupita Nyong'o is the most beautiful woman who ever lived and she is also one of the greatest actresses blessing this earth!!!! I enjoyed this even though some of it didn't really make sense. The displays of human compassion and connection touched my heart. Meow🐈⬛

Bratz Kidz: Fairy Tales 2008
unironically a commentary about the importance of using a historical lens to analyze the feminism of literature from previous centuries. these kids realized that female fairytale characters weren't actually pathetic weak damsels and that marriage & affiliation with men were women's greatest source of power and one of the only methods to advance in the social hierarchy. they learn this lesson while simultaneously subverting it and solving their conflicts through female friendships! beautiful lesson on media literacy for the whole family. i actually started writing that as a joke but then i realized im not joking At All
