it was a beautiful movie... it also felt extremely gentrified. also (to say the least) lots of influence from apichatpong weerasethakul; down to the unusual driving scenes the framing of greenery and random kids playing sports except they're all rich and white. still beautiful though but is this how the aestheticization of visceral subject matter happens
