  this movie is like when your girlfriend makes you your favorite food and it’s really good and delicious but there’s just one or two spots that are just a tad bit underdone or overcooked but you were really hungry and it still tasted great and the care and attention that went into making it shines through anyway so it all just reminds you why you love your girlfriend in the first place

  growing up and looking at the sad state of the world today, i’d often think “how did we get here? did nobody see this coming???” and then occasionally i’ll read a book or watch a movie from like 50 years ago and i’ll realize “oh, no, people DID see this coming, they just couldn’t stop it” and then i just get even more mad
