  This one fell really flat for me. I was looking forward to watching it because the premise sounded interesting and I like a lot of the actors in it. I could tell it was going for a The Lobster/Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind sci-fi adjacent romance kind of thing but it didn’t really get there. The lead actors had zero chemistry, or maybe the dialogue was poorly written? It just felt super awkward!

  What an amazing poster first of all. Not my favorite Tennessee Williams but a fitting one to watch during a heat wave. Ava Gardner's laugh carries the movie. Richard Burton is so dynamic and sexy and fun to watch but....he wasn't even going to attempt a southern accent?
