The Gorge 2025
This was a really fun watch. It was a great mix between comedy, suspense and action. I also thought the story was pretty interesting too - it takes place in an unknown location and basically they are tasked with guarding the largest secret on earth. But they don’t know that at first.
It wasn’t incredible acting or anything like that, but solid and entertaining all around for me.

The Painter 2024
This movie was so frustrating to me. It’s could have been a 4 1/2 star movie so easily. The acting was really bad and cheesy. The premise of the movie was awesome though and there was a few good twists too. Total John wick vibes with a storyline that actually could have held water if they did it right. I wanted to like this so badly but the acting really just screwed it up for me.

Classic John Cena movie, ex-military who gets pulled back in for a job that goes wrong. Entertaining for what it was because it’s a comedy/action movie so not meant to be really serious, but the production quality wasn’t very good. Storyline was pretty predictable and didn’t actually laugh at anything. Wasn’t bad, but wouldn’t watch it again.

I knew nothing about this movie and didn’t even watch a trailer before putting it on. I just saw the picture with the three main actors, and was not disappointed, really enjoyed seeing Daniel Craig in a role like this, it was fun and entertaining.
