The Silence of the Lambs 1991
That entire first scene between Jodie and Hopkins is pure cinema. Sometimes feel like there’s one too many tight shots in this film, but these actors really sell the emotion and are the reason this is still a classic decades later.
If I made a Mt. Rushmore of “Most Badass Women in Movies” I’d put Clarice Starling (Jodie Foster) right alongside Sigourney Weaver’s Ripley and Emily Blunt’s Rita/Angel of Verdun. Idk you can choose the 4th… Just cant get enough…
