It was quirky and charming, music was nice, but I wasn’t (even remotely) convinced by any of the acting. Everything just felt so off, I can’t really describe it. It felt like all the actors were told about the movie five minutes before they started filming and nobody was into it (not that the acting was terrible, it just didn’t feel ‘real’). Now I really want to wear a red bucket as a space helmet though.
I was pretty underwhelmed but maybe that’s because I watched this following “ringu” and that’s a tough act to follow. I can see how it was moderately influential for its time but the disparate storytelling leaves it hard to follow even though there were a few memorable moments throughout.

I deliberated for a long time over how to write this review and I ultimately decided I'll just say what I can and acknowledge that it wouldn't be possible or practical to fully express how this film made me feel.
This film is on YouTube. It's free to watch and yet I would have gladly paid for the experience had I known what it would be like. Although it's nothing like 99% of what's on YouTube, it doesn't feel entirely…
