  Although I enjoyed Anora and what it’s trying to say, I don’t think it was executed well. It’s very obvious that the director wanted to make a film about how women are objectified and how privilege/class affects one’s perspective, but it falls flat because Anora has absolutely no character development, and we barely know who she is before the beginning of the film.
