  No documentary has held my attention more than this one. Was it the random “jump scares” of screaming chimpanzees, Glass’ original score, Goodall herself narrating the piece, or the jaw dropping footage that was rediscovered? Honestly all of it.

  Unnecessary. While the film prides itself on a lack of bias, it's clearly tilted toward a specific demographic. I walked away from the film with no urgency, provoking questions, or any real interest in what I'd watched. It completely overlooks the roles separate from actively fighting in the trenches. There's barely any commentary on war production, or like inner conflicts. There's just an extremely fabricated feel to the sense of comradery.
