  Kind of cool that I even got to watch this movie since it's apparently not available anywhere. Interesting look at the war through the lens of those who barely fought in it and then were regaled as heroes. Too much downtime in the middle during those prolonged hospital sequences for me, but started to pick up again in the third act

  I don't mind when a film relies a little too heavily on its script to push the plot forward, but I think Black Bag needed something extra to elevate the screenplay. It doesn't feel like much really happens here, but the writing is snappy enough to keep you engaged and the characters are witty and interesting. Blanchett is a scene stealer and she's in just about every scene. A film like this with incredible writing and characters NEEDS that explosive finale and I don't feel like it had that.

  Yeah I don't know this really didn't work for me at all. The comedy didn't land, story was pretty predictable, and the visuals weren't nearly as impressive as any of the other shorts. Also, Arnold was pretty terrible I won't lie
