This movie got the "Disney live-action" treatment-- a shot-for-shot carbon copy of the original Pokemon: The First Movie with weird CGI animation. The characters look like they came out of Pokemon Battle Revolution. The facial expressions are uncanny, and the dubbing is questionable at times. The music doesn't do any favors either.
