  i thought this film was a little on the nose and the pace was a little off but it was so much fun, i really enjoyed watching it, and the acting was incredible all across the board!

  This film lacks the creativity that the Oz needs. The outfits look cheap and lack personality (especially Glinda). The over-saturation cannot help how dull and lifeless this film feels, with every set CGI-ed and green screened to the gods it’s hard to get invested into the world of Oz with it looking so fake. This film felt like it was trying to be a gritty version of Oz but without the commitment leading to this confused mess.
