A couple of fun things happen in this, but that's about it. Cassie's best friend is the best character. Roger Corman has a nice cameo. The ending is a topless giant cheerleader fight, which should be enough to tell you exactly what demographic this was targeting. I probably would have loved this at 13. I still would have known it was bad, but the boobs would've kept me revisiting it. The spider subplot should've lasted longer.

Undeniably average (for me) but also pretty cute in spots. The simplicity of the premise- talk to your crush and things might happen - is what I love most about it. Was not expecting the money laundering subplot but it definitely made the second half interesting. Lloyd's ambition in life simply being that he wants to make his dream girl happy is king behavior.
