  What a great adaptation. Love the wondrous flow of Shakespeare's words. Ian McAllen's performance is grand and his screen presence magnetic. What an actor!

  Underwhelming experience. Was expecting more of it. Felt empty and rushed. Also didn't really like the animation style...

  What the f*** did I just watch?!
  Hahaha, that was crazy.

  Still deciding if I love the ending or absolutely hate it. There were any number of ways Fargeat could have ended the movie, but it seems she chose the most gory, camp kind of ending you could think of. That definitely drove the message home, albeit maybe a bit too much on the nose.

  I like it for its atmosphere and practical effects, and appreciate that it keeps you on your toes, but it still can't capture, scare and haunt me like Alien does.
  Love the ending though!
