Gotta say, the way thoughts and feelings reify themselves in this movie is fuckin incredible. The world is like a second communication channel, right under (above?) language. Things like wind, candles, falling leaves; they have no meaning other than to support a character's POV.
I suffered a bit because I had trouble relating to the plot's main obstacle, and that took me out. The visuals, on the other hand, are overwhelming, like staring at muqarnas for too long. AND when they fight they move like the N++ guy

Completely incomprehensible. The closest thing we'll get to a Gravity's Rainbow adaptation. This movie needs a companion movie that explains the original movie. I wish this were 5 hours long
