  never in my life did i think i’d see a nightmarish ass humanoid creature that represents/symbolizes childhood & sexual trauma?

  the pacing is slow but i think it really works with the subject matter. the main character is still actively dealing with his past trauma and is in a very depressive state throughout the majority of the film.

  i just want to know what they did with his body.. maybe a scene where they return home and go to the movies like she talked about? would’ve been predictable but that would’ve put it to 3 1/2 stars for me… the ending just feels very rushed. don’t be shy! throw in a little gore! if you’re going to go there, GO THERE!!!

  this is one of my favorite movies now wow why did i wait so long to watch this?? the contrast within the colors throughout the film is phenomenal and overall the message is 🩷🩷🩷 so necessary 🩷🩷🩷 i love love this film and the cast is amazing.
