More like: Alien Boringulus or Alien Problemulus. This movie IS NOT OKAY!!
Let's start with the positive: The sets are beautiful (not on the planet, but in the space station, at least) and so is the monster design (though it's hard to fail copying what's already in existence, huh?). That's it.

So this is the first one that actually reboots, fitting no longer into the previous plot(s). Bond just got promoted to 00-status but Judi Dench is already M. This could have easily been an extremely good movie (and actually it was in terms of technique, technology and acting) if only it wasn't so misogynist and the main character wasn't so extremely unlikable and patriarchic and if the twists and turns weren't so awfully predictable.
