“SUBLIME!”
the part where barbie apologises to ken for making him feel overlooked, while ken bawls his eyes out about not knowing who he is and doesn’t apologise for bringing patriarchy upon barbieland, is such a realistic depiction of how women and men have hard conversations. lol
when i first watched this movie i thought america ferreira’s monologue was on the nose and didn’t like it. but the entirety of this movie feels like a mosaic of different ideas, so that fits right in amongst the mosaicness
will never not enjoy the witty sarcasm, ryan gosling’s comedic performance, and beautiful design choices in this movie
