  What a shame, what a shame! This movie had the potential of becoming the best animated Chinese film to date. The film was off to a good start: original idea, original story and, at times, stunning animation; however, as the film progressed, it became plagued by bad storytelling, poor character development, over-the-top dramatics and blatant self-censorship. Missed opportunity.
