A bit of a lazy effort; this sequel basically rehashes the original (and great!) Grave Encounters. The Hourglass Sanatorium 1973
You could retitle this movie “Joseph takes 50 Benadryls” and no one would bat an eye. This movie details a man, Joseph, traveling to a sanatorium (ostensibly) to try and save his dying father; this sanatorium, however, warps and twists time, leaving Joseph to navigate a barely-comprehensible maze as he tries to both make sense of time/his role in it and combat it by saving his father.
