  Genuinely baffled. I know intellectually that, in at least one point in time, people thought this movie was really bad. There's record of it.   Not going to act like there isn't real technical prowess on display here, especially when it comes to some of the moments where the movie chooses to be more economic with its sound design, which can be really fucking harrowing.
