Challengers 2024
Definitely clicked a lot more on rewatch. I still feel like it's padded and drags sometimes. A lot of the slo-mo is more of a conduit for the bumpin score than anything but the inter-personal dynamics ESPECIALLY btwn Art and Patrick carry hard throughout.
The ending is everyone loves each other again and the two are making out on the court, huzzah!
Anyone who fucks with this should see Wong Kar Wai's In the Mood for Love

Wow Tyler Perry was so great in this! In the beginning, when what's-his-butt first met with the cops, I'm like DUDE GET A LAWYER IMMEDIATELY but I guess bro never learned it's never beneficial to talk to the cops. Very glad when he finally did and the lawyer was good, and funny too. The so-called ex SS guys totally sucked and never found her tho lol
