One shot concept will always boggle my mind and this is genuinely a fantastic show but fuck me can’t say i wanted to hear a scouse family discussing their music tastes for 10 mins - that’s where the one shot concept is exhausted. Really liked episode 3, 2 was also fantastic. Last episode doesn’t do the series justice in my opinion, still was heartbreaking but jamie would’ve never made it through a court trial with a video of him stabbing her anyway!
Hitchcock did it first, Rope will always be the best one shot (/edited one shot).
