The Gentlemen 2019
A solid entry in the guy Ritchie pantheon, but it feels like he’s trying to recapture the snatch days but not quite reaching it.
Weirdly way too many mobile phone jokes (that I did like).
It’s also weird watching American actors say cunt, they look like it it pains them.
A solid little tale though.

The Final Girls 2015
A comedy-horror about dealing with familial trauma through the magic of cinema was much better than I expected. Casted well, most jokes land. Not sure it’s good I enjoyed the gag reel on par maybe more than the film.

The Matrix Resurrections 2021
Continuing on with its incredible horny main characters, navel gazey but in a good way. I felt more satisfied with the ending of this than matrix revolutions. Definitely helped having a fresh rewatch of the trilogy beforehand. Can’t beat the original though.
