Took me a while to figure out how to sum up my feelings about this film, as an Iranian who has lived every second of the brutal days of the widespread protests while they were being repressed by the fascist regime; the images of which were creatively depicted using archival footage at delicate moments of the story, creating a perfect blend of fiction and documentary.

The Seed Of The Sacred Fig ( A title which, as explained at the beginning,…

Listen guys, this was actually GOOD!!! At least way better than I could've anticipated.
Do not pay attention to the negative reviews. This is indeed the most TIM BURTON FILM he has made in a long time!

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice has everything you need to enjoy a unique cinematic experience; there is an intriguing storyline at its core focusing on three generations of really interesting women in the Deetz family, it is replete with funny dialogues and situations, has an ensemble…

My current favourite actress in the history of cinema ( theatre): Jodie Comer!!!!!

What a play! Takes you places you could never have anticipated. If only I'd had the chance to witness this masterpiece take place on a live stage!

This is what you call a brilliant play, when every line is carefully thought of and the performance and line deliveries of the lead, Jodie Comer are perfection! The Mise-en-scène, however rather minimal, is also meticulously crafted which enhances the entire experience.

This is the fourth movie by Luca Guadagnino that I've had the chance to watch and I've constantly been fascinated by each of his films I've watched.
His latest work revolves around a challenger event that turns out to be more than just a game, involving three characters with a long history of love, betrayal and of course competition!!!
The main theme is all about competition, which is the reason Tennis turns out to be such an impressive metaphor. The…

    My new definition of cinema:
    Denis Villeneuve + Roger Deakins

I just can't believe Villeneuve said in an interview that he sometimes regrets helming this project since he considers it someone else's cinematic universe. I mean how could he possibly think that? He is the one who managed to create an entire universe with his top-notch sequel!
