somehow better and worse than i remembered. feels a little bit like a studio saw 10 things I hate about you, wanted to recapture the magic, but center men instead. (there’s no facts behind this statement so i could be wrong).
also, the budget is budgeting. the amount of set ups with 50+ extras for a less then 5 min scene is crazy - i hope we’re able to see a high school movie that has this kind of luxurious background acting again, because i certainly haven’t seen it in recent times.
