Josie and the Pussycats 2001
Very girly pop, what I like to categorise as peak early 2000’s cinema. (was almost straight camp, not quite tho) Ending sucks bc it perpetuates all the body image and popularity things that were wrong in that era.

Definitely worse than the first one, not really worth your time. It is good to see depictions of mental health struggles especially in teenagers. It does tackle puberty and pressure well. I’d recommend Turtles All The Way Down by John Green (the book, I haven’t seen the movie yet) instead of this.
