Also I simply love AI and its ethics in movies! I've also been enjoying seeing the Avengers' different moral codes interacting and clashing with each other (especially Tony's and Steve's). These recent few movies have started steering away from plain superhero action, to slightly (slightly- they're still very much action) more morals and politics based which I love.

First and foremost: I was now able to watch this film with subtitles, which was instrumental in seeing more depth in the Russian scenes. I'm also writing this review as I rewatch, so it'll be quite long! Although this doesn't fit elsewhere- the name Anora meaning pomegranate just adds another layer to the symbolism presented in this movie, and I adored that.

This movie was just? Very average?
It didn't have the excitement from Iron Man 1, and the plot was pretty scattered throughout the movie. I also didn't love the characterization here; it went in a direction I wasn't really expecting, but oh well. The antagonist was great, though! And I enjoyed the special effects as usual :)
