I quite liked it. Very minimal, but yet very memorable. It just sort of feels nice, despite all the challenges of their day to day lives, they just sort of keep moving forward, making sacrifices, and adapting. Very virtuous.
And that last shot with Autumn Leaves playing is some cinema stuff.
This is just a fucken perfect movie lol. Every character is deep and believable, the story is entertaining and whimsical, but low-key philosophical as fuck too. The music, the visuals, the world, all of it. Not much more to say.
You know its funny, I've seen this movie maybe three times now, and on each viewing I saw it through the eyes of a different character. Not necessarily cheering for liking them, but understanding the situation through their perspective. The first time it was obviously Mark, the second time it was Eduardo. This time around, I saw myself seeing it through Sean Parkers eyes, this business guy whose motivation is nothing but to grow as big as possible, like a…
