  While I do admire the DIY nature of the Adams Family's projects it's also what ends up inhibiting them. I think that they can all act, I dig their scores and there's always some nice visual style, but they never come together for me. I really like to see what they would do with a bigger budget and maybe another screen writer jumping on board because the talent is there. It's just the lack of scope (could really use some extras!) and not fully formed ideas that end up making their films feel like film school projects.

  Definitely not as bad as some of these reviewers would have you believe (I swear Letterboxd is turning into IMDB). Still not particularly good either. Worth a watch if you're a Bodega Boys fan as Kid Mero is great.
