I’ll say it, wasn’t my favorite movie of all time.
I love jazz, I love Emma Stone, and I LOVE “Mia and Sebastian’s theme,” but I don’t love a rushed romance arc nor do I love people’s pathetic whining about the ending.
Yeah they’re not together, that’s what they wanted. Seb’s happened, she’s famous, big whoop.
Still loved the film, will definitely watch again soon.
one massive robot vs. alien fight scene after another. Cool vfx, weak plot, drift compatibility is weird to me
this movie had it all for me as a kid. I thought it was funny, it was super epic, had magic which I tried to recreate a million times, almost levitated a couple things actually. The scene where the dead people started to come back to life was burned into my memory and I still have never forgotten it.
coming back to this movie as an adult, still has everything it has when I was 9.

if you wanna cuddle up with a cup of soup, or hot cocoa perchance, and feel all warm and cozy but also entertained, this is the one to watch.
There are so many banger lines in this movie that I quote with my family and friends all the time. Little chef is an inspiration to all of us.
