  The central themes of the human psyche conveyed through the brooding narrative was spectacular but sometimes the dialogue by the author regarding existentialism came off rather forced.

  Definitely a movie that will sink you deep in thought.

  Do not recommend LSD on this.

  Felt like Gary Oldman’s character was mad corny…

  I kinda understand what they were trying to go for with the dynamics between Matilda, a kid who lost her childhood and had to grow up too fast and Leon, a stone cold killer who’s a kid at heart. However, they could’ve definitely tackled Matilda’s expedited maturity with way less sensuality. The long drawn out glances, sleeping on the bed together and a whole lotta other stuff was so unnecessary and uncomfortable…
