Twisters 2024
Twister (1996) was my favourite movie growing up. I grew up in the tip of tornado alley and my dad and I watched funnels all the time on our front porch. It was near and dear to my heart for whatever reason at my wise age of 10 years.
I had very low expectations for this movie upon finding out it was a remake and not a continuation, but I sat down and watched it anyway. I am so amazed at how both movies shared similarities as well as differences in their own unique way.
Also, Glen Powell in a cowboy hat.

Totally Gore-geous and didn't go too into the Christmas trope (not my fav with horror films). Art the Clown cracking me up the whole time as always, and the minimal usage of CGI was well appreciated.
