Been trying to see this film for a couple weeks now and I was worried that I'd get there and be disappointed.
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
R-Patz coming in with a brilliant double performance. Mark Ruffalo fully embracing his shit-bag roles with this and Poor Things.
For a film with a premise this absurd it was surprisingly touching, with all the feels.
A great film about all the things that make us human.

The characteristics conveyed in each animal without every uttering a single word was astounding. A wonderful deep, rich world with enough unanswered questions.

An absolute tour de force that had me laughing, wincing and wincing even more. The pair of female leads are astonishing but Demi Moore is an utter BEAST in this film. Dripping in neon and blood, the making of a modern classic.

I loved that they didn't shy away from the SLOW build (and it is SLOW). Also loved some great uses of silence in the film which I feel like we get less of.
