Interesting..
I enjoyed the interracial family aspect though it didn't really do much with it.
To be honest it didn't do much with the family drama or the ghost story.
Had potential
Incredible performances
Ryan feels so evil
Also everytime there was a fade to black, it made me so mad
The ending
This was hard to watch ngl
But at least it's presence will stay w me
So
Cool cinematography at times, with some really stellar sound design.
I really loved how the film shifted perspectives between the mom and dad—the dad’s foreign understanding of the world and language was honestly one of the highlights for me. The way they used sound in that scene was especially effective.
That ominous tone, where even love feels just so far from understanding.
Also, I'm telling you Christopher abbot is my fav actor right now, get on the bandwagon
Overall, there were some truly inspiring moments that really spoke to me.
Waste of time, pretentious, boring.
The plot is wack
The cinematography is nothing to write home about. My brain didn't want to even look at the screen because there was nothing to point ur attention towards.
The dialogue is so bad I wanted to leave the cinema.
The twist was really lame and just seemed like a first draft from someone who wanted to be like Christopher Nolan
Not worth anyone's time
There was just something missing with wolverine. Def a weak character. Furthermore, breaking the fourth wall every few minutes diminishes it charm really quick.
I read another review say this movie was just 2 hour long post credits scenes and I can see that.
The best scene was really fantastic though.
