A Quiet Place: Day One 2024
Although this movie does not feel it is in the same world as the previous two movies, I think this one is my favorite out of the three. It strayed away from the horror/apocalyptic themes of the other films, and instead offers an interesting perspective on the end of the world.
I thought Lupita Nyong'o's character Sam was very compelling. I also loved the dynamic between Sam and Joseph Quinn's character Eric. It felt geniune, and bittersweet.
Overall, I think this is a good film if you want to cry.

Earth Girls Are Easy 1988
This movie is not a good movie, but there were many moments where I would consider it the best movie ever made. I enjoyed everytime Valerie and Mac interacted, I think they had great chemistry. I also enjoyed Jeff Goldblum, blue or not blue.
I did not like anything else about the movie.
