  Watched it for the first time. I don’t understand why people seem to like this film. The only reason I could think of is nostalgia (for bad outdated horror comedies from early 2000s). Because this is exactly how this movie felt for me (in 2024) — unfunny, not scary, outdated and grotesquely gross for no reason (I guess this is the type of humor one might enjoy in the middle school). This film didn’t work for me at all.

  Okay actually this is a very rare occasion when the last 10-15 minutes completely changed my mind about the film. I was gonna rate it much lower, but was pleasantly surprised how everything came together after all.
