After all the drama and controversy, Disney's Snow White has finally arrived and it is... fine. It's not the worst Disney remake by far, but it also isn't the best. I almost wish it could be considered one or the other, just to make it a little more interesting.

The high points include Rachel Zegler, who continues to prove she truly is a star, the central romance (mostly), and the new songs. The low points are the CGI dwarfs and environments, the anticlimactic ending, and Gal Gadot's thinly written Evil Queen.

Ever since leaving the theater every time I think about this even a little bit I get so ridiculously happy. Just so good, I want to watch it a thousand times more.
