  I love a good long shot, don't get me wrong, but here the one-shot gimmick made this into a cheesy Disneyland ride. It doesn't feel chaotic or real, it feels like if you looked down you could see the rails.

  This feels like a war movie for Gamers (derogatory). You could put a quick-time event prompt on the screen and it wouldn't feel out of place. Or "You are leaving the combat zone! Turn around".

  Not even to mention the atrocious CG animals.

  Just watch All Quiet on the Western Front (2022) instead.

  Probably the best adaptation of The Count of Monte Cristo that we are ever going to get - certainly much better than the 2002 Guy Pearce abomination. This one is a French adaptation with Gérard Depardieu. It is presented as a four part miniseries, but it is really a six hour long film with credits quickly rolling every hour and a half.
