I admit I didn’t know much about the dictatorship in Brazil; however, I feel like this movie surpasses the history it represents.
What I fell in love with the most is how this movie romanticizes life, but beyond that, in the present day, it also highlights the dangers of falling into extremes; especially in politics. It shows how life may seem normal to some while completely wrecking the lives of others on the opposite side of the spectrum.
