A very competent horror film.
The first act captures something incredible. I think we perceive memory through video, oftentimes. The two become inextricably linked, and if a video recalls a particular event, that rendition of it can easily supersede a first-hand account. Whether or not intentional, Jim's foray into the empty city evokes exactly that, with its bright daytime lighting, and grainy footage.
