  This film walked so that Dune can run. Lol.

  Hay, grabe sobrang consistent talaga ni Miyazaki when it comes to his take on warfare and environmental awareness. I always tear up every damn time.

  I also love how women are portrayed in Miyazaki’s films. Gentle but rough in their own ways. I love it. Nausicaä, the woman that you are. A true princess… but more of a “kween” I would say.

  There are so many cute sequences in this film, pero marami ring questionable moments. Isa lang naman ang major critique ko: Dapat wala na yung party scene. Why? Because the whole film itself is about breaking stereotypes and I personally think na we shouldn’t box the idea that safe queer spaces are only correlated to night life. Dapat fully inembrace na nung film na safe spaces are also accessible in broad daylight kahit nasa probinsya ka pa. Yun lang. And I, thank you!
