Really excellent film for the anthropocene, constricted somewhat by its runtime, which leaves parts feeling underdeveloped. This film is frequently funny and explores art and biopolitics a post-petrocapital world ruined by industry. Bureaucrats trying to preserve the old order by categorising and stigmatising the emergence of new organs face off against a clandestine group of evolutionary accelerationists. Killer Teen Mom is a brilliant satire of Middle American mundanity. I skipped through this movie, but the gist is that some girl who isn't great at cheerleading tries to join the cheer squad, and in some awkwardly contrived series of events this becomes a subplot for a killer step-mom story.
