  Cheesy and entertaining in all the right ways. Always down for a little cosmic/sci-fi horror with my romance. Could have used a bit more practical effects and sets as some of the green screen and CGI in this were a bit rough at times. Overall a delightful little romp.

  What a feast for the senses. I was in awe the entire time. The use of color, sound, camerawork and every other technical piece of filmmaking was on full display here, leveraged with extreme skill and purpose. 

  I desperately want to compare this to the original poem, which I have not read (yet) but can tell was adapted with the utmost care and reverence. 

  This is the first film in a long while that felt like a true masterpiece of art that also manages to transcend its own medium and begs to be taken in as something else entirely.
